Daily Food Photography: Miso Eggplant

On Valentine's this year, we dined at a Japanese restaurant called Kujin which is situated at Elizabeth Bay in Sydney. We would like to recommend the Miso Eggplant dish pictured below. If you're a cheese lover, we would like to let you in on a surprise. In the centre of the eggplant is this warm, melty cheese (mmmmm!) which compliments the miso eggplant very well. Some may find this matching a bit odd and may also think it makes the dish a lot more salty than it should be. You're not completely wrong if you think that way as we totally agree! 😋
