The Traditional Tortang Talong

The filipino traditional tortang talong where the whole eggplant is soaked in beaten egg and fried in a big pan with a boiling oil on it and you wait until it turns to golden brown and priesto you have a the delicious meal on your plate. Making the best meal on my day. Hope you like it.
