LINARANG IN PASIL, CEBU
Hello steemians.. I just wanna share my today's Daily Food Photography.
The freshest fish makes for the best soup dishes, and no other place makes larang, short for linarang, like the sidewalk cooks in Pasil,Cebu. Larang is an old Philippine recipe. It is popular in cebu, however not everyone knows of it. Parrot fish (molmol in some parts of the Philippines) is the perfect fish for the recipe, although you may use some fish like tuna or even salmon.
