Katsu Oysters - for dailyfoodphotography

This is what I am submitting for the dailyfoodphotography.

This dish is called Katsu Oysters. They are lightly Fried Karsu Oyster served with cucumber Salsa & special Tartare Sauce.

The batter was fluffy and light and very crispy. Yet the Oysters are still moist and succulent and very fresh. A good choice by us in selecting this dish.
It goes well with their Special Sauce and it was so delicious that we finished all of the sauce.
