Grilled Black Cod - for dailyfoodphotography

This is a recommended dish by this Japanese Restaurant.

The Grilled Black Cod comes with the Misoyaki Sauce.

Like the decor done by the Chef. Three dots in different sizes (which are the sauces) leading to the salad (Purplish cabbages) and the Black Cod on the banana leaf to give it extra fragrant.

The cod is very fresh. The skin is grilled to a crispy texture but the cod itself is soft and tender and very sweet and delicious. It is not dry, so I am wondering how the chef managed to make the skin so crispy yet maintaining the softness and succulent juicy texture for the cod fresh.
I can only deduce that the chef is really good to come out with this results.

I am going to order this dish again ( though expensive for 2 pieces) when I next this restaurant. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
