法式大阪燒！赤白紅酒白酒 East meets West 有趣食材！

In Osaka station, there is a popular French gourmet that provides wine and food. During lunch and dinner, there are always guests queuing up in front of the restaurant. I came across during tea time without any queue and went inside.

在大阪站 LUCUA 1100地下的BARUCHIKA 的「赤白」是喝酒和吃西餐的超人氣店，常常都出現人潮！這天下午茶時段經過不用排隊，於是進去試試她的主打菜！

Basically, it serves different kinds of wine and drinks. And the most interesting food are west meets east style “Osaka” お好み焼き and Japanese おでん. It uses the Japanese cooking style on these dishes.

事實上這食店以賣酒水為主，紅酒白酒香檳一應俱全，而有趣菜式是「お好み焼き」和「おでん」！在西式餐廳有這樣的日式食品不用奇怪，因為食店用上了法式的煮法！

I ordered French好み焼き「フレンチお好み焼き」as my tea food.お好み焼き is Osaka traditional food. The restaurant added cheese and milk on the flour. The outlook just likes western food while the taste like hot cheese Osaka cake!

我點了「フレンチお好み焼き」作為這天的下午茶，お好み焼き本身是大阪的和式食物，她用上法式煮法把芝士和奶油淋在燒餅上，外觀有趣之餘，味道亦出奇地的配合！另外食店著名菜式法式日本おでん，以牛肝菌茸 奶油配大根蘿蔔，也是人氣食材！

If you like drinking wine or alcohol, and wanna try French mixing Japanese style food. Go to this restaurant!
