Steamed Fish Head with Diced Hot Red Peppers 剁椒鱼头

At noon , my classmate invited me to eat steamed fish head with diced hot red peppers. It is near the Olympic Squar in the Lianxiangge restaurant.

This is a very good Hunan restaurant, especially it’s famous for steamed fish head with hot red peppers. Do you like it ? In the end， eat the noodles with the fish soup, the feeling is really good .

Although it is such a cold day, and also snow outside, but you eat the spicy and delicious fish , you will feel comfortable all over.

Another dish is Mao braised pork in brown sauce, it’s also my favourite , fat but not greasy, delicious!

这是中午我跟同学一起吃的剁椒鱼头，地址是奥林匹克广场附近的连湘阁。这是家很好的湘菜馆，尤其是剁椒鱼头做的一级棒，大家看看是不是很过瘾啊，然后再吃点面条，那滋味别提有多好了，虽然这么冷的天， 还下雪，但是麻辣鲜香，吃的浑身舒坦。

还有一个大菜是毛氏红烧肉，也是我喜欢的啦，肥而不腻，色香味俱全！
