Hi, Steemians!
It's been more than a month that I've been on and off Steemit due to some personal reasons. Every time I write something, I just couldn't have any courage to finish and publish it. However, my despite the challenges in my Steemit journey, I still manage to cook and cook.
Tonight, since I longed for the dish for quite sometime now, I cooked one of my favorite recipe: Guisadong Sitaw (Sauteed string beans).
Oh, because I loved it so much, I forgot my half a cup rice diet. Oh well, just for tonight. 😁
