【羊食天堂- 深圳西貝莜面村】 Lamb Cuisine Paradise in Shenzhen

烤羊肉串 RMB8/串 (Lamb Kabeb in Xinjiang Style)

充滿孜然香的招牌羊肉串，是滿滿的新疆風情，肉粒偏瘦，對於喜歡小肥膏的我，稍嫌不足，但味道仍是滿分﹗

肉夾饃 RMB13/個 (RouJiaMo - Chopped Lamb Pie in Xinjiang Style)

約10cm直徑一個，饃皮外脆內軟，入口鬆化不粘，餡料是炒熟的碎羊肉，多汁香口，肉碎肥瘦適中，絕配﹗

莜面魚魚(磨菇湯) RMB49 (YouMian YuYu in Mushroom Soup)

很可愛的名字，原來是將莜面搓成小魚形，配合雜菇湯底(雖然名字是磨菇湯，但如圖所見，鮮冬菇比較多…..)，濃而不膩，鮮味非常，魚魚莜面也是滑滑溜溜的很容易吃，是中和其他濃烈羊羶配菜的好選擇。

單看門面，西貝莜面村屬全開放式廚房設計，衛生度叫人放心。餐廳坐落深圳黃金地段COCO Park，面積非常大，但晚飯時間仍要大排長龍，叫號碼等45分鐘實屬等閒。幸好水準極高，值得一等再等﹗

The open kitchen reveals the good hygiene of the restaurant. And please be ready for the long queue at night, it often takes you 45min for a table. But it is all worth with this excellent quality!
