I knew the chef at one of the province's largest bakeries. He made artisanal bread at work, but would eat sliced store bought grocery store bread without a second thought. When you work all day with something, you don't necessarily want to have it at home.

@ajdohmen I love eating fancy as well but often we just don't have the strength left to cook for ourselves after a 12-14 hour day of standing and cooking all day. I'm more of a, food is for us to eat so we don't starve and we can enjoy being full :D
