I love Bob Ross. I remember watching his show back in the 70's and 80's occasionally, when I was a child. I think I appreciate him more now, as an adult. People love to make fun of him or mock him, such as in this meme:
But, seriously. Have you sat down and watched any of his videos lately? They are brilliant! He was a master at painting very quickly, and in a beautiful style. His style was sort of a cross between realism and fantasy. His pictures are pleasing to the eye, and watching him paint with such ease is mesmerizing. And, add to it his cute, sometimes silly, playful commentary makes his show fun to watch.

Hah! , Bob Ross. That was great. I remember his show used to be on PBS every Sunday. He always made it look so easy. And he loved painting his happy little trees. That was the thing about Bob Ross , not only did he paint pretty cool pictures , but he was so happy and enthusiastic when he did it. Didnt' matter what mood you were in either , just watching the show was just all around feel good. Thanks for this post :)
