INITIATIVE ,A POWERFUL TOOL TO SUCCEED

Initiative maybe defined as
An individual's action that begins a process, often done without direct managerial influence or
the ability to assess and initiate things independently.
the power or opportunity to act or take charge before others do.
This exhibition can be seen vividly during child upbringing when the child tends to wash dishes or even brush his mouth after observing the mum does the aforementioned regularly,this attributes could be inculcated to the child or the child may as well develop the trait (initiative) to embrace it without instructions.
In many home today,children waits for their parents to oblige them to engage in some responsible activities before they embrace it reluctantly, this will equally amount to his attitude towards his responsibilities when he's grown up.
The essence of initiative in student is imperative,it enables students to sort knowledge beyond their classroom,they sort for knowledge in some motivational,inspirational books and that distinguished them from some norms in their level.
In adulthood,it enables a man to work hard to meet up with his responsibility, it denies him the comfort zone hence exposing him to opportunities of life.When adult lacks initiative it appears that he isn't responsible sometimes he might not even have the knowledge to take up his responsibility.
Above all,our parents should strive to inculcate the essence of initiatives to their children to enable them grow with it while our adult should always strive to embrace this attributes.

3 success is inevitable with the attribute
4 it give exposure in acquiring new knowledge
