I started something in a previous post that is meant to introduce steemit to some down-to-earth African soul music. This exists!
I am hoping that, i can gradually fill steemit up, with loads of it, as i feel; the vibes these songs give, are whole; different and soulful.
You feel sort of gingered up when you listen to this songs as you start to feel even better about yourself. Well, overall music is music and if it is good music; it is good music! In these songs, the beat is paramount! You will need some nice speakers!
I wonder if you have already noticed that even renown singers of today, especially those in USA (the standard for music); in the journey of finding themselves through music are tending towards this down-to-earth soulful genre of music; highlife!
Justin Bieber appears to have gone from balads to songs like 'SORRY'; that starts to feel like a mix of reggae, hip-hop and African highlife!
Rihanna's switching to 'WORK, WORK, WORK'! You know how that sounds!
Bottomline, the African songs, imma place here are worth a try.
