DO ANGELS REALLY EXIST?

This is my entry for the writing contest hosted by @averageoutsider.

First of all, who or what is an ANGEL?
That word ANGEL is a Greek word which means MESSENGER and it means different things to different people. Most people believe that ANGELS are divine or supernatural being from a deity while others argue that ANGELS are no supernatural being, but lives amongst us as a selfless person.

The whole angle from which both sides sees it are correct, but as for me, i was made to believe in my childhood stage that ANGELS do exist as a supernatural being that lives in heaven and as well exist amongst us living on earth as selfless persons, kind people.

Now talking about the question, if ANGELS really EXIST? Yes they do. They have been in existence from the beginning of time, up to this moment and would still continue to be in existence in future.

I will give us 2 instances to prove that ANGELS still exist which can be viewed from the biblical point of view and from the physical point of view.

Biblically, the fact of their reality is recorded in both the old and new testaments. There is however no place in the bible where it was recorded that ANGELS are mere misconception. The word was first used in the book of Genesis where Hagar, the mother of Abraham's child, had an encounter with the ANGEL of the Lord.

The ANGEL of the Lord found Hagar near a spring of water in the desert, the spring on the way to Shur (Genesis 16:7).
The last book of the bible also reveals that the existence of ANGELS are real. In the book of revelation 22:16, it reads thus

It is I myself, Jesus, who sent my ANGEL to you to testify to these things to the churches. I am the root and descendant of David, the bright and morning star.

In other books of the bible, there are so many proves that ANGELS still exist. That is to show us that ANGELS were among the first creatures God created in the beginning(Genesis) and will continue to create at the end of the world (revelation).

From the physical point of view, ANGELS do exist as normal human being. Mind you, they may be good or bad. But, we mostly refer to the good ones as ANGELS while the bad one's are called DEMONS.

ANGELS in the physical world walks right beside us everyday. In a situation where one may be stranded or stucked in a particular situation, an ANGEL may come to their aid, that is why we hear so many people saying that a Godsent came to my rescue. When things seems to be going wrong in one's life, somebody may be there to help them out in situations like that, that person can be referred to be an ANGEL. An ANGEL helps to protect and guide one as they walk their way through the journey here on earth.

An ANGELmay also be referred to as long lost friends that you can always turn to for help and comfort, they are always willing and available to help. An ANGEL wouldn't ever let you down. ANGELS are characterized by their beautiful, loving nature and comforting presence that helps to bring solution to even the toughest situations in one's life.

Have you ever noticed an inner voice in you telling you not to do some things the wrong way? That's definitely your ANGEL talking to you. They lead you through the path of righteousness.

God conferred in them(ANGELS) great wisdom, power and freedom, so as to help disseminate the goodnews here on earth.

*With these few points of mine, i think we are all convinced and not confused that ANGELS still exist.
