First time, I didn't participate due to one year working rule on steemit. But now I have choose the best users from different countries and communities to make best team for community curators.

Why they would make a good curation team.

I have seen the previous works of teams and I need to contribute to steemit that's why I choose members from different countries and communities too. Most of the members are moderators or Admin in different communities and some of us have experience with Sc03-05 accounts. So, we have good experience about curation.

The second thing we have diversity of languages Spanish, Sinhala, Indonesian, Russian, Nigerian, Igbo, Bengoli, English, Urdu, and Punjabi. So, member from countries will cover wide range of users speaking or writing different languages.

As, we all are moderators or admin of different communities, so we have enough experience about contest organization and Steem marketing too. I am also working as a promoter in Steem database and Steem studios so, I think we are perfect team for Steem Growth.

Anything special about how they will do their curation to ensure the widest reach.

We have planned our work that how we will curate the posts. I have choosed member that will curate users post from different regions and different languages.

Our plan is that we will follow the tags of our respective topic. I have seen in previous teams that they are not following the tags (I think) so, we will follow the respective tags and curate posts on the basis of their quality.

The tags we will follow are #steemcontests, #contest, #steempromotion / promo-steem, #steemdevelopment, #steem-marketing, and relevant tags. Contests participations will also be curated by our team. We will support steemexclusive content and images should be copyright free.

As most of the members are moderators in different communities, so we all will make guidance posts for all users that they will get guidance about their relevant topic and get benefited through our team. For contests posts we will visit different communities and take some help from disconnect too.

The most important thing, we will support the users who needs to strengthen their account and those who are not getting support from curators or booming accounts. But they have follow at least #club5050. We will give preference to curate #club5050, #club75, and #club100 tags.

We will guide users if they are eligible for #clubs or not following the correct tag. Visit their posts after they corrected because some members will not visit post again even they have done correction.

As I have choose steemcor07 name for our team and we will work in such a manner that we will proved that we are the heart of Steem. Our team members will support you all with favoritism because that is the reason of chosing different members from different communities.

How they will ensure they will not vote for any posts with plagiarised content.

Our team will curate only plagiarism free posts and we will check plagiarism through different plagiarism sites e.g. Small SEO Tool Plagiarism Checker. For pictures checking we will use Google lens that no one can copy someone else pictures for getting support only.

Our team will curate only users who are verified from new comers community. At least achievement 1 should be verified and actively participating in different community. Because there are many users who post achievements for support and one person creating different accounts (account farming).

We will give some relaxation to those who have not verify achievement 3 and ask them to learn about plagiarism first and if someone even after verifying achievement 3 posting plagiarized content then we will inform to steemit plagiarism accounts like @endingplagiarism.
