Do you frequently see mis-categorized content when you browse the created feed?

Do you want to earn rewards for helping to re-categorize it?

@tagalong wants you!

We've been watching our average VP usage over the past few days and have decided that we are able to offer finder's rewards to users who alert us to mis-categorized content!

The method is simple. If you see a post that's using incorrect tags, use the following comment structure to tag us and alert us to the problem!

Marked for review by @tagalong for the following tags: #\<tags here>.

If we approve your review, we'll reward you with a 50% upvote!

Help us clean up Steemit, get rewarded. It's that easy!

Do you find our service useful? Consider delegating to the project!

Quick links (make sure to leave at least 50SP undelegated): 50SP, 100SP, 250SP, 500SP

Thanks to everyone who has delegated so far!

- The Tagalong Team

P.S. Don't mind our 15 minute GIMP job on the image!

Can you please explain to me why this post
https://steemit.com/wittness/@steemwhalepower/my-witness-votes-today-2018-10-22-16-27-11
is under review for using the #writing hashtag when there is writing in this post it's not just a post with a photo or video there is actually writing so it don't make no sense I think you just made up your own set of rules @tagalong @makowrites still waiting for a reply

They won't reply because they're trash they're downvoting my content for pettiness. If they wanted to clean steem maybe get rid of these fucking bots.

@makowrites

These bots failed and pushed people away back in 2016, what makes you idiots think people will enjoy them coming into 2019?

@tagalong isn’t a bot, it’s a manual curation account meaning that every flag, every comment and every upvote are manually given. We have a policy of not replying from the account in order to prevent any of our members from getting into arguments with petulant children like you. Your options are pretty simple: Keep using incorrect tags for a feed we monitor, keep getting marked, keep getting flagged, or listen to us, update your tags, go on with your life. It’s your choice 🤷🏽‍♂️

Oh man, even worse!

Y'all can vote how y'all want, of course. But self-righteous douchebags picking and choosing what is appropriate for a particular tag is foolish, I understand the need to quell spam, but flooding delegations into a single account to shutdown rewards (even for good posts) is horseshit. I'm not even caring for my own rewards but for the users you effect. You downvote me again on this post because you don't like what Im calling you out on. Dick.

This isn't for the benefit of steem but instead will be used for personal vendetta's. 💯😎

If you truly understood the need to quell spam then you would understand that your blog is spam for the better portion of the time. If it’s categorized in the right areas then it doesn’t cause problems for the tags our team monitors, but when you start using #news for how-to posts that interrupt the actual feed of news on that tag then you’re going to get picked up by our criteria. So again, it’s pretty simple. Comply with Steemit’s ToS or keep getting proportionate rewards removed from miscategorized content. Nice and easy.

Face it, you guys are dicks downvoting people based off your own emotional opinion of what you think is appropriate. That isn't cool at all. I'll expose you and the rest of your team.

It is wise to direct your anger towards problems - not people; to focus your energies on answers - not excuses.

If you look at this argument as a whole, it says a lot about the one having it. Keep it coming, kid.

Doesn't matter, this is just a repeat of the drama back in 2016 and 2017 when people tried to do the same. Steem cleaners did it right but this system under tagalong is severely flawed.

You downvoted my tips for Steemit as if it has nothing to do about news...

There are countless news articles outside of Steemit that you can Google that offer tips, hacks or anything similar to that. Face it, your criteria for determining what is appropriate is bullshit.

It isn't a "how-to" post , dumbass.

You're just an overzealous chump.

My content is "spam"

I'm a microblogger.. I've been a microblogger here for over 2 years. You flagging people over stupid shit is spamming.
