Hi there, I powered down so I lost my slider! :( You do need 500SP for the slider. You have 10 full power votes. Say one vote is worth 10c, if you vote 20% power, your vote will be 2c. So the 20% is a percentage of ONE of your full power votes. I hope that helps. And yes, I got a LOT more than coffee now. Steemit has really helped me.
