Curation Guilds - How It Should Be (suggestions)

My suggestions for upcoming blockchain-level implementation, Curation Guilds features.

Donator, Editor, Writer.

The 3 entities work for a magazine project.

Editor

• Editor should come up with a magazine idea, propose to community, may or may not supported by donators.
• If a proposal can get more than a certain amount of Steem Power donation, the magazine can start.
• Editor read and pick posts. The topic can be narrowed down by the magazine's characteristics.
• Editor can use the donated voting power as much as certain amount of Steem Dollar.
• Tomorrow's Steem MarketCap can be less than today. Today's quality postings may not be many as usual. Then the editor should be able to save today's voting power, use later. Fixed amount of Steem Dollar can appeal to writers.
• What if tomorrow's Steem MarketCap goes up or pool has too much saved voting power? That magazine can attract more writers!
• Editor must report the status and how-to-spend plan. Otherwise people can accuse and whales may not extend their SP donation.
• Editor can also have some contact channels with professional writers. Editor can promise fixed amount of Steem Dollar, negotiate quality and length of posting.

Donator

• Anyone can donate their Steem Power. Don't have to be a whale.
• Pick magazine proposal, donate some percentage of voting power. The remaining voting power can be used for personal voting or for some other Magazines.
• Donated Voting Power goes to a pool. The voting power in the pool can be used by editor, as much as desired number of Steem Dollar. Target Votes of 5 per Day instead of 40 update will be very helpful here.
• Donation does not necessarily be Steem Power only. Steem Dollar donation can accumulated into the pool. The editor can only use it to pay authors as promised fixed amount SD.

Writer

• Editor can contact authors and ask for specific topic, genre. It could be a cartoon, could be an opinion on current affairs. Negotiate Steem Dollar pay amount, content length, quality. Authors can cash out to fiat. The new policy of 3 months power down also help them out. Predictable regular income for the authors.
• Editor can also read all new postings until he or she can find and pick good quality posts as many as needed.

Termination

Sockpuppets or any kind of corruption can happen. It should be watched & discussed & accused. Convinced SP donators can replace editor or close down the magazine.
