after the milkfish is finished cut and washed until clean then given the spice that has been prepared

then the bendeng fish that has been given seasoning is put into a big grill to burn with a lot of capacity. at the time of almost cooked milkfish is given more seasoning and sweet soy sauce for better taste and aroma

the burned fish had been cooked and already served to the invited guests who had been present, each guest was given a piece of burned milkfish and given the soy sauce with other spices.
