kale in scientific language as Ipomoea aquatica Forsk is a plant that includes the type of vegetables and is grown as food. Kale is widely sold in markets. Spinach is abundant in the Asian region and is a plant that can be found almost everywhere especially in juicy areas. but now spinach has been cultivated and planted with seeds in a dry and damp place. Kale vegetables other than for self-consumption are also used as vegetables which are traded in markets either in traditional markets or in the market. this is a picture of one week old kale vegetable and is not ready to harvest, it is planted in front of my house to make a side dish and the rest for sale.
