I can't deny that a lot of K-pop idols getting plastic surgery. But the most famous K-pop idols usually didn't get plastic surgery because Korean people still prefer natural beauty than artificial beauty! I can't understand why they're doing it because they're so pretty already! Plastic surgery is ruining their face!
I am now curious which kpop idols who do not go through plastic surgery? Because I am unable to differenciate it.

IU, Suzy, Sully, Seol-hyun is the example of idol who didn't get plastic surgery. People admire natural looking women so they get plastic surgery to be look like them. but once you got plastic surgery, you never can't be look natural.
It's true that some of mothers give their kids a plastic surgery as a gift, but It depends on people I think. It costs a lot of money obviously, so usually people do that who wealthy families living in big cities.
I hope that Korea will become a society that attaches more importance to inside of beauty rather than focusing on persons outside!

Yes, I agree with you. People should look more into the inner beauty, the characters, the attitudes, rather than focusing on looks. Looks can decay over time, but good heart doesn't.
