Have you ever had it say "Due to an issue with the bulk processing system, this withdrawl option is currently unavailable" when you go to select e-transfer?
Yes we had that happen to my son today actually. We had to use the top option instead i think it's Direct Bank Transfer. Usually the interact e-transfer works every time though. Maybe they got overloaded with withdraws since I made the tutorials lol :)
Curious, did you fill out the verification stuff with the ID? I filled out the equifax then got an email saying: "To unlock the ability to fund via Interac e-Transfer and Direct Bank Transfer, please complete ID & Address Verification. "
You only need to complete the verification for "Funding" not "Withdrawing" but to answer your question yes I did.
I should probably do that before doing the direct bank transfer then, encountering a problem though. Just transferred more sbd to ether so i have enough to do the direct bank transfer and it's not showing up, it's been more than a few minutes. closer to half an hour now >.< has that ever happened to you? Thanks so much for your help!
*edit nevermind haha it has showed up now as pending so that's good
Ether takes forever now. The blockchain is always congested. Next time follow all the same steps but use Litecoin (LTC) it's much faster. :)
Haha astute observation! I will try again tomorrow and if not I should have enough to do the top option. Thanks for confirming it's not just me having issues. I had received an email saying my information was incorrect and that's why I didn't receive it the first time I tried (when i wasn't getting that message)
That email must be pre generated with that wording. We received the same exact one.
I believe it said "you didn't enter your account information correctly" or something along those lines.
