🗞 PBOC Provides Update on Its Crypto Prevention Efforts

The People’s Bank of China (PBOC) has issued a statement detailing its efforts to stop and prevent crypto and initial coin offering activities in the country. The bank outlines measures against the widespread of overseas exchanges servicing domestic users such as blocking trading platforms and closing down 3,000 trading accounts.

🗞 Tezos Token Makes Gains in Approach to Official Launch

Coindesk reports on the rally in ‘tezzies’ (XTZ), the native crypto currency for the Tezos platform that is approaching launch after almost a year of delays in development.

The Tezos ‘mainnet’ has been ‘in beta’ since late June, and XTZ tokens have been tradable on some exchanges since then, reports Coindesk. According to the article, developers tweeted yesterday that the Tezos mainnet ‘arrives on September 17th’.

🗞 Trading Legend Don Wilson: Asian Demand High for Bitcoin Futures

Don Wilson, founder of high-speed trading firm DRW, said bitcoin derivatives trading in Asia hours is almost equal to the volume he's seen in the U.S., something he says is an anomaly when compared to other financial instruments.

In a fireside chat at the CoinDesk Consensus Singapore 2018 conference with Quartz's John Detrixhe, Wilson discussed his observations on cryptocurrency trading trends and his view on the future for the technology.

🗞 Ripple Rises Again in 10% Jump , Bitcoin Volumes up 26% to $4 Billion

Cardano (ADA) and Ripple (XRP) have surged by more than 10 percent in the past 24 hours while Bitcoin maintained stability, leading the recovery of the crypto market.

Earlier this week, the valuation of the crypto market dropped to $190 billion, which led investors to worry about a potential fall to the market’s yearly low point at $185 billion.

🗞 US Regulator Acts Against Crypto Firm Falsely Claiming to Represent Coinbase, Cointelegraph

The Texas Securities Commission (TSC) has issued an emergency cease and desist order against a Russian crypto firm, according to an official press release published September 18. The Texas regulator states that the company allegedly misappropriated both Coinbase and Cointelegraph materials to attract investors.

We had a nice Break Out today on the STEEM which allowed us to go outside the trading canal where we were stucked since days now. We broke the 2 resistances line with one candle but we are already back just under the first resistance line at 0.80$. It could be a little pause to attack again that line or already the end of a simple pump and dump. Let' see what will happen in the coming hours.
