Electroneum - short analysis
I've thrown few dollars there.
The only thing that buzzes me, is that there's no wallet and they accept everything - ETH, BTC, EUR, USD.
I've sent ETH directly from exchange and that worked.
What this means?
They definitely don't have ERC20 token and their blockchain, if exists, is not built on ETH net.
All the tokens I have now, are not linked to any smart contract and are literally not more than numbers on the screen that I have inside of their platform.
I'm not really worried with that as I've thrown only few dollars there but if I've contributed more than, let's say, 5k USD, i'd definitely feel worried
Mobile crypto mining
It's not how it sounds, no actual mining will be done by your phone's hardware (as I understood from this article)
They plan just to use "mining" word to call the user reward system like that.
Will that work?
The idea is the simplest since the DOGE coin =)
They will make the crypto really popular, I think. As they say, they will make "even your granny able to mine"
