Bitcoin.com, not to be confused with Bitcoin.org, is more like a web portal for Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash related services. The Bitcoin.com company is ran by Roger "Bitcoin Jesus" Ver. As stated on their About US page, they are a commercial website providing news, forums and other Bitcoin related services. Recently, Roger Ver has become a big proponent of Bitcoin Cash, calling it the real Bitcoin. Nonetheless, the popularity of the dot com Internet domain keeps Bitcoin.com at #20 of the Top 50 Crypto-currency websites.

Bitstamp, one of the older crypto-currency exchanges, was started in 2011 in Slovenia and initially was setup for trading Bitcoin and Dollars. They use many different rating metrics such as developer numbers and activity, twitter and reddit followers (community), liquidity and other important factors to provide a score and rating for each digital coin. This valuable and ever pertinent information puts Coingecko at a solid #16 on the list of Top 50 Crypto-currency Websites.
