The rise of cryptocurrency, Awakening and the euphoria - bad combination

in #cryptocurrency7 years ago

Hello, аllow me to express some thoughts.
The rise of cryptocurrency is a fact. Along with that, there is an awakening of more people from the dream in which the world is submerged. More and more voices are rising, ringing the alarm of the illusions imposed upon us as a normal human behavior. People like @jeffberwick (Dollar Vigilante) and the youtube chanell of Jason A (https://www.youtube.com/user/NoLife127/about) is making serious effort in that direction. And yes, there is awakening. The number of people that doesnt want to be lied is growing faster.
BUT
Hold your enthusiasm. Dont get euphoric. Because those are the first steps to the next illusion.
If you want this trend to stay and really change the situation we are in, think steadily and stick to common sense.
Looking back on human history, I noticed a repeating pattern.

  1. People's dissatisfaction grows until it reaches critical mass.
  2. It comes to a physical collision where the masses prevail.
  3. There is a feeling of euphoria in the thought that things start in a new, better way, and everyone is involved in building of a better world.
  4. Euphoria subsides and starts the routine of the ordinary life
And ... it turns out that the trap has been snapped and people are again misled (and led by the nose).
It turns out that discontent is fueled by the shadows, the changes are planned and conducted from there as well. Leaders turn out to be puppets (and if they are not, they are been discredited and removed).
And so begins a new cycle of dreams, illusions and disappointments.
So please remember, emotions are a good things but in moderate doses.
There is no Commander-in-Chief who won thanks to the emotions (here I'm not talking about Hollywood interpretations or fairytales for the youngest).
Please let me know for your opinion. I will be really glad if Im wrong.

You are basically describing The Fourth Turning. It indeed seems that history goes in cycles. Martin Armstrong writes about this too (but note that he isn't so much into Bitcoin).

Unfortunately it seems that we never learn our lesson

Аt first i wanted to describe the common between history (euphoria an lies) and the situation in the field of cryptocurrency (who is called recently "a game changing way for banking"). Because all the еnthusiasm arround the matter, the risks are the same.

Agree, it all goes in circle, the circle you are describing. We have seen it before, we will see it again.
