[Investment Perspective] - The Crypto Coin Rush
I will admit I am not an expert and I say this in due diligence.
Is anyone really an expert when it comes to financial markets?
However, I am an invested enthusiast and I take pride in my intuition, foresight, common sense, research and most importantly gut feelings.
All these things you will need for any investment in life and a touch of courage and patience will also go a long way.
I respect peoples choices in regard to their finances and wealth and I would expect you to do your own research.
Below is what I see as huge opportunities and you will have 12 - 18+ months to get on board before you miss some massive potential in this new market sector.
This is not financial advice.
This is just a perspective.
Firstly, Cryptocurrencies (Cryptos) when you first delve into them are a head spinner.
So many questions and emotions will run through you.
- Why so many coins?
- What is the Blockchain?
- What are they really?
- Why do I feel scared to get involved?
- Why are they such high risk?
- What if.....!
Blockchains, Satoshi Nakamoto, paper wallets and all this fear of losing coins and being hacked.
OMG! Am I going to die?
No, you are not going to die!
The reality is everything new is a head spin until you acclimatise and learn your way around the key aspects.
It then starts to get really exciting as your confidence grows.
It is all just new information and it takes time to absorb just like anything else in life.
Just like driving a car for the first time as you work out what all the knobs, pedals and levers actually do.
Just like learning to walk.
Once you fall on your face a few times, you will learn how to do it better next time.
It all takes time and the time for Cryptos is NOW!
Now I am actually really excited about cryptos, to the point of some anxiety and obsessive behaviour, as I know that I can accumulate HUGE wealth if I make a few right calls.
Why?
We are at the beginning of the 'S' curve of a new technology and concept that will change the world of finances.
The monetary system is about to change forever.
Digital currencies and crypto currencies are the future and if you get in early, the early part of that 'S' curve you will benefit greatly and beyond any other investment currently available due to their unprecedented scope of potential growth and uptake.
I am currently invested in about 8+ coins and mainly the coins that have been developed specifically for monetary trade of value (some coins are niche related like data storage, social media platforms, security, events trading and precious metals etc).
I am only looking at these types of coins, apart from Steem, as I feel they have the strongest ability for long term adoption and will most likely be accepted by the public as a whole.
I am diligently watching progress in technology and perception as cryptos are very speculative and will rely on early adoption of faith by the public.
Bitcoin has already shown that potential faith and growth and there will be a series of other coins to follow.
Just like Sony, Panasonic, Sanyo and others are all market leaders with market share.
Just like Nike, ADIDAS, and Reebok all have their place.
What will the leading coins be in the next 5 - 10 years?
Some will look strong and die, some are still yet to arrive and some are here now ready to become the leaders of the future.
It will all come down to end user functionality, sustainability and technology advancement in my opinion.
The coins that can keep up with the demands of the public.
The coins that market themselves well, seek to evolve and reinvest into functionality will do better than those that don't.
The coins that have clear financial backing, financial stability and a network of aligned infrastructure and industries will also do well.
Those that don't will just fall to the side and some will fail as many have already.
Some are also sleeping giants that are busy doing the background work before they really take off.
These coins are the ones to look for as they are right in front of us ready for a price explosion.
Following are my picks based on the above basic principles and remember if Bitcoin can go to $1000US per coin, even above that of Gold itself and hold its perceived value, so can a number of other coins in the future.
The WebBot has also predicted Bitcoin will go to $10,000US by 2019.
The WebBot has not been wrong.....yet!
Where to from there? $100,000US?
If one single coin like Bitcoin, with all the early adoption faults and transaction inefficiencies can go to $10,000US per coin what will the other coins do?
There is only one other coin over $90US at this time with a number of coins that have shown exponential growth in the early few months of 2017.
Dash, Monero, Ethereum and others are showing investor strength and many others will follow as people diversify their wealth into speculative coins hoping for sustainable gains across the sector.
So what do I think will make the most return in 2017?
Dash has made a Dash for the Cash already and others are following however March 2017 seems to be a month where the market has gone quiet as a few major political decisions are due which will affect world markets (debt ceilings, elections and the EU drama)
Quietly, I would say at some point all coins will make a profit (as long as you take it) as the mainstream starts to catch on and billions of $ are pumped into the sector from influential investors.
Therefore being in the market now is the most important step however lets be a little more diligent than that and look at which coins have the legs (in my opinion), have the foundations and lets look at coins that other people are talking about based on technology and end user functionality,
In the future each country may have their own specific regionalised coins and some coins will be considered worldwide leaders.
The future forecast will no doubt change and evolve and this post itself will become obsolete however it will be a reminder of what it was like at the start.
Hopefully a fruitful start.
I prefer a long term vision for my coins and I am not going to suggest trading here in this post.
I also suggest that no matter what you do, always invest intelligently based on what you can afford and take profits when you feel it is best.
Remember profit is always profit.

- WorldCoin (great name however lacking in development and marketing)
- GoldCoin (Seems like it has some legs and seems to have a development team)
- Augur (based on event forecasting which sounds scary as the elite love to manipulate consciousness)
- Golem (purely on the name - I know right!)
- EarthCoin (will have to be bought out first with a new team PRIOR to any investing as they have nothing in the development pipeline and a very shit website however 100% a great name)
- Visa, Mastercard, banks and other credit lending institutions will have to adapt or die
- The rest new, current and future??
I am not yet looking at other coins as they don't interest me yet and not to say they won't do well, I am just not currently inspired by them or I don't know enough about them yet.
It all comes down to research and time.
I also don't have huge unlimited investment capacity as I am just a normal person like you so I am being diligently careful however I can say I have made some considerable gains and I expect these investments to be life changing when they officially transpire.

- Well financed
- Marketing schedule
- Long term plan
- Masternodes rewards
- Anonymity and security
- If DASH goes, I feel PIVX will follow and is already showing some early strength.
- None as yet apart from one of 600+ coins in a saturated market

- Still very young and needs more marketing
Ripple
Why I like it in simple terms without overwhelming the first time investor with details and technology terminology that no one understands.

- High uptake of institutions taking in the Ripple network

- Fast, low-cost, on-demand global payment services for any payment size

- Well financed and solid foundations within the current banking industry
- Fees @0.2%
- Focusing on centralised banking systems rather than decentralised
- Ripple has 50% pre-mined coins which will affect its growth and price
I also like the following based on security, established growth, long term plans and privacy and I feel these are here to stay.
I personally prefer to avoid the centralised banking coins on a moral stand point such as Ethereum and Ripple however it would be negligent to assume that these will not do well due to the financial and existing infrastructure of the current banking system and they won't just sit there and watch: they will have to adapt or die.
What will the Federal Reserve do in response or more importantly what coin/s will be their response?
Instinctively, Ripple and Ethereum are the response.
A USD revamp?
Who knows maybe Bitcoin was in fact created by the bankers themselves to create the necessary conversion in mindset they needed for a new world digital currency?
In 2018 the elite predicted and forecast a new world currency and what will it be?
