Northern Nevada is becoming a tech and crypto hub, low taxes, closing proximity to San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, cheap living expenses and low electricity rates make it very attractive. I have looked into getting a place up there to start a mining farm, I just can't pull the trigger to do so. Expect to hear a lot more out of Nevada regarding crypto in the coming years.
