if bitcoin is not stable or in bullish mode nothing will happen, full crypto market depends on bitcoin price. if bitcoin started falling down all ALT also starts and fall more than BTC (in percentage).
When btc picks up again, PIVX will rise faster than it because it has the same circ supply as LTC, it could go to $30+ if it capitalized anywhere close to its only competitor, DASH.
