Populpous. Crowd-funding invoices... 4-5% profit?
Populous is an Ethereum-based invoice and trade finance platform
Their goal is to facilitate a smart contract based marketplace, where invoices are crowd-funded to provide cheaper and faster access to capital for SMEs, and safe, secure assured investments, with attractive yields for investors.
They will be using XBRL, Smart Contracts, and Edward I. Altman's 'Z-score formula', to create a safe and unique trading environment for investors and invoice sellers from all around the world.

I'm not sure how accurate the figure is from Populous but the number as quoted in "Factoring and Invoice Discounting
A Creative Business Finance Guide by Mark Blayney" for 2006 is GBP13Billion for SME. You can find this book on the internet.
The number from Populous could be the number for SME without access to the invoice factoring market.
Either way, populous might be huge!
Thanks a lot for this link... I agree, the market is plenty big enough. I am excited to watch how it all runs. Seems like they could set up a slightly similar platform to lendingclub. (If you are familiar with them).
As I am aware the UK is a $425Billon invoice market and not sure what percentage of that is SME which Populous is targeting first. They will then go global, so the potential is there for the PPT price to go up significantly.
