yeah I've had the same problem.. I think we all have to be honest. There was a problem with a layer in the system that wasn't working very well. I think has pretty much been sorted out. It seems to be fine now. Good on your for getting your smartone article written. It's a great initiative and an excellent way to hone your research skills.
