Government can launch its cryptocurrency of Lakshmi: report
Mumbai: Like bitcoins, after getting the popularity of India, the government can implement its own cryptography.
According to a report of Business Standard, government sources said that in the form of Indian Rupees, a committee was set up to discuss India's proposal for a cryptoncurrency
It has also been said in the report that the government can name its cryptoncurrency "Lakshmi".
Reserve Bank executive president Sudarshan Sen had said on Wednesday that the central bank is not good with non-default cryptuctor like bitcoine. They also indicated
That it could start cryptoncurrency its wave "We have a group of people who are now watching Futurie Cryptoco Ranjiez. Rupee is the option of Rupee, so say it, we are watching it carefully," Sen said.
In order to start this new crypton conduction, modification of the currency act may be required.
