PSA: Binance will be offline for the next 12 hours

Binance has just announced an issue with its servers, and they will be in maintanence for the next 12 hours. Expected to be back online at 2PM (UTC). You can read more about it here.

So if you are intending to trade Steem there, note that trading and withdraws will be disabled during this time.
