If your post = $1 you get 50 cents worth of Steem and 50 cents SBD. Unfortunately if SBD is only worth less than a dollar I think you lose out.

I am so not envious of your portfolio right now. lol It seems like it should turn around eventually though.
I'm still OK. I'm almost 50% down total, but I only started end of the year last year. Several of my friends are down 90% and more.
That sucks. :(
I think I might try and time the bottom at least for Steem. I think Steem is a ways away from the bottom. I might even try and set the bottom price for Steem someday if it gets down to my target price.
