RE: What I wish I knew when starting out in cryptocurrencies

in #cryptocurrency7 years ago

The most important takeaway is "Invest only in what you believe in".
And that takes a bit of effort to find out. For people who already have wads of cash, investing is a no-brainer. For people like us, an investment has to be a well thought-out, intellectual decision..

Sort:

When it comes to making "wads of cash", to become a millionaire, the fastest way is to start out as a billionaire and spend your money. Therefore, actually those of us without so much money, don't have as much to loose. Small amounts will grow to larger ones.

Is cryptocurrency the best investment? Well that is for each of us to decide on our own and that is what I hope to bring out with that sentence.

Another thing I like to emphasize is that investing isn't as hard as people make it sound. Short term is, but longterm isn't. You just need to look at the possible future and pick the ones which sound least fantasy like. (simplification of the situation, I've written about these things before in more detail)
