Prologue

Hey everybody let's rock your body!
As you all know, I write about blockchain, and that's the reason why so many people are running to this technology these days. Ok, maybe I was a little narcissistic person when I was growing up, but I feel like a completely perfect human being right now:).
Ok, that was just one part of me, but another significant and influential part of my childhood was definitely Video Games and substitute for PC Games lately!

As you can see, blockchain technology is all around us. It helps you pay your bills, make your mind insane from time to time especially if you are a day trader, help you to track or identify originality of your products or allow you to meet with strangers and make new bounds and friendships.
A lot of startups and different projects just popping up around us like mushrooms in the humid forest after a quick summer storm. You can withdraw your money from Bitcoin ATM on your daily way to fitness and so on and so forth.

The blockchain is remarkable utter internet technology with a lot of visionary ideas, and that's why is the whole world so precisely focused on this piece of digital art these days, and that's why I am also writing about it with such a vehement resilience and determination.. It can streamline supply chain logistics, provide anonymous trading of assets and now it can even pay for adult video memberships, if that's what you are looking for. The point is, the blockchain is all around us. One of the most nascent sectors of blockchain growth is in the video game industry, Yes, the video game industry.

So, the Important message of this article is also that Blockchain is a very progressing technology and can bring you a lot of fun! Well, not that kind of fun as one Crypto coin for anonymity based payments and one Porn server fusion (crypto enthusiasts will know) can provide you, but that kind of fun when you can spend great hours with friends (that server can do this too For hardcore fans only), make new Score records together or by yourself, take yourself to another in-game Level by solving some incredibly challenging puzzles and take this industry to new highs by stepping this whole game up by Blockchain empowerment.

The Community

Let me introduce you to Crypto gamers community which is growing silently in the blockchain gaming industry. An industry which was able to make over 70 million USD by playing, not trading, of blockchain based games. Over USD 70 million despite there being a severe lack of them.

Crypto gamers community has been built by a fellowship of gamers.
Max and Tym are founders and partners who met during an ICO (TGE) for a game back in the day. The origins of this project is situated in the heart of Israel and in the district of Philadelphia, just six blocks away from the famous statue of Rocky Marciano and that awesome stairway to heaven able to take you to the most beautiful view in the world.
Philly is a city you come out in the morning, it's quiet but still, the city is never silent.. you pass the smoke rising from the subway running underneath and make your way across a terrace of grass with a road in the middle that has a each and every nations flag hanging from its own light post. Philadelphia is a very ethnic city; it's cultural. Every block feels and even smells unique. Good to place to start some edge cutting Game based business.

Max and Tym created this community with the explicit purpose; to bring together gamers, developers, designers, and creatives from all around the world and connect people and brands in more meaningful ways and make their collective mind works for the same creative goal.

The purpose of the first games powered by Blockchains was to raising money in ICO (Token generation even) stages. Lot of them are for free to play there.
Majority of today's games is in “Fair.play” mode, and that means they are browser-based, but we can also play them as an application on our smart device.
Last year Blockchain gaming generated over 70 million dollars in revenue. The gaming industry makes nearly 5 billion dollars a year, so that means that you will have to pay with cash/crypto to unlock a game for you but more and more games are there just free to play.
Don’t expect to play a Witcher 3 blockchain version at their site, but keep in mind how first mobile games looked like back in days. Savvy?

History of blockchain based games had started to be written when gamers created strong graphics card used to mine BTC. It is an organic relationship as you can see except there has been a disconnect; one side essentially treating the other as if they were the same.
But they are not.
A Gamer will pay a thousand dollars for something if it's exactly what they want. Even if they are broke. Many of these early developed games they are luck based simplistic and lack true authenticity.

Let’s think for a moment together and try to find out why we are in need of blockchain technology in games. You remember World of Warcraft? Definitely one of the best games in early noughties'.

That game has a strong and well-written story with a lot of lore you can reach and absorb. There were always player dependent possibilities. Some were for long and arduous raids in the dungeon, some spent a few hours in PVP battleground or just tried to slice the throat of Stormwind Fly Master. Legendary dancing party in front of Orgrimmar took so long so that your mother has to come over and over to your room and tell you for the fucking 4th time that family dinner is ready!!!!!! Oh boy, good times.

But hacking in World of Warcraft was a severe problem, to be honest, so was transferring items and stuff around account security.
I remember players and internet coffee visitors as they literally turn their backs on the table, and with their keyboard turned away from you that you can't see what they are writing they have put their ultra-secure passwords into Ultima online login console.
The blockchain solves so many of these problems. If you want to know a top of my mind iceberg I could write down things like better-written database solutions and user account securities as a start. You can also make your account clone resistant.

Do you also remember how unpleasant it was when you were in your best game experience, and the server shut down out of the blue, and you were not able to log in the game next few hours? We can have a BC server here instead, and that should mean it will never go offline.
Also for competitions and achievement hunters, the BC should provide that immutable proof of scores, progress completions, etc. If we can take a look back at BC root, we can seek a primal purpose of the whole concept there, and that is a tool for global decentralization. That is the reason number one for this technology to serve some shithouse built solutions. It will be not controlled by any one entity. So we will have a gaming BC, created by gamers and warded and overseen by players, in theory. Next thing is transparency. Could be that as it evolves, games themselves may well become open source and will easily allow for the community to make add-on modules, new characters, new maps. Maybe?

Besides the security, next big ripper, in my opinion, is having your unique account that you play all games with no more not being able to play with your friends because they have PS4 and you are an Xbox or PC fan. You can't play PS4 with Xbox and Pc together these days. You can play on an independent server with PC, but Sony is not in.

Beyond that, the ability to transfer money (gold, etc.) or weapons... from game to game can be another game changer. There are so many applications I think we're hitting the tip of the iceberg here.

I am genuinely pleased by how far this technology can go and how useful it can be because blockchain is the versatile solution with a powerful philosophy.

Guys from Crypto gamers community did the first step. It is up to you if you want to join, create and most importantly to have fun.
