New Altcoin With Browser-based Mining - JSECoin !

Good morning Steemians!

So i've recently stumbled upon a new crypto currency that appears to be gaining some hype. It's called JSECoin.

This is still a very fresh crypto that was launched 28 days ago, and as many know early adopters would benefit the most if this kicks it. It might just as well, yet last Friday it just landed its 1,000 subscriber, which is a good indicator of adoption.

JSE stands for Javascript Embedded Cryptocurrency. The ultimate purpose behind JSEcoin is to actually overcome the mining difficulties and power consumption that is causing too much drainage for miners globally, as well as causing an overload of electricity consumption, hence think of it as a somewhat environmentally friendly alternative.

You don't need crazy Hardware and networks of GPUs to perform the mining, you can do so through opening a browser session and letting it do all the bulk work (see image below). Another alternative that I am yet to explore is through an approach similar to adsense, whereby you can place the script on your hosted sites, and every time visitors check your site, mining is in order.

As you can see below, this is the "from within browser" mining activity

Now there are still bugs in the software as I have seen several times, but I am taking the risk, and at the end of the day, nothing to lose as I am mining while my laptop is open.
