Deposit and Withdrawal Problems with Cryptopia
I'm monitoring the situation there for several days and weeks. Cryptopia has massive problems to credit deposits and execute withdrawals for a while now.
Deposits usually show up a few hours later after they have been confirmed on the blockchain. But this only, if you open a support ticket to remind them to do so. Official policy is to answer tickets withing 20 (!) days, or at least so they say on their website. However they obvioulsy read them and react, even though no ticket is answered.
Today I believe we entered the next level. Withdrawals are stuck in Cryptopia. Status says Pending for several hours, then changed to Processing after I opened a ticket again, but still no withdrawals occur. This happened for BTX and ONION and not only once.
I can only assume that there are real problems going on with this exchange. So trade very carefully or move elsewhere, but sometimes this is not an option. And as always, never leave any funds on any exchange longer than absolutely necessary!

It is almost 12 hours now, withdrawals have still not been processed.

I have only a small amount on Cryptopia, but I still don’t like this situation.

24 hours and counting, nothing has happened. No issues with the wallets whatsoever.
That is from the Cryptopia FB group from today, so problems are confirmed. Some people wait for more than a week.
"We are aware of issues with long processing times on deposits and withdrawals. This doesn't affect withdrawals of ETH, ETN, BTC, LTC or DOGE.
We apologise for these and have been working hard on a resolution.
As of early next week we expect deposit times to be back within normal ranges, while withdrawals may take longer to restore to normal operation.
In the interim, please be aware that processing times on deposits or withdrawals may exceed 30 hours, although in most cases are likely to be less than this. Please don't submit support tickets relating to processing delays as we are unable to expedite these manually - our focus is on quickly resolving the issue for everyone.
