Experty consists in a consulting app where experts monetize their skills with a skype-like app doing video or audio-only calls. the app handles payments using smart contracts paid with EXY tokens.

so this is how it works in deep:
The Expert chooses it's rate per hour or minute.
the person looking for advice knows the price/rate before choosing the expert and can confirm it, when the advice seeker have enough balance they can arrange the call and after the call the EXY transfer happens automatically from advice seeker to the expert.

Max cap (pre-sale + ICO) - 9,000 ETH
Max supply - 100,000,000 EXY being:
33% for contributors
33% for company (vested for 3 years)
30% for partners (locked for 18 months)
1% to cover initial marketing costs
3% for airdrops and bounties

Experty is an ERC233 token which requieres less gas to be used and is still fully compatible with ERC20.
