OTC Over The Counter on my local exchange, is it good?
Hey! Im just concerned about a topic, and may the wise people on Steemit help me understand it.
Im participating on a small exchange in Argentina, where after the crypto market crashed, liquidity almost dissapeared.
Really serious sources, says they are integrating a new service to the exchange: OTC, or Over The Counter, which means that people can trade huge amounts outside the market prices to make international transfers.
Now, I don't know, if this is a Scam, or a Really Good New.
