We’re excited to announce that the last private discounted phase of the SALT Community Membership Sale will begin on Tuesday, August 15th at 8:00 AM MST (2:00 PM GMT)! Some important notes:

• Your place in line to become a member is displayed in your Dashboard (https://membership.saltlending.com/login) .
• We will be approving new participants to purchase memberships in the order they signed up and at a pace that can be handled by our system, as well as the Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains.
• SALT Membership may be purchased with Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any cryptocurrency supported by ShapeShift.
• The Membership discount will run until 10:00 AM MST Tuesday, August 22nd or until the following are sold out:

• 2.0 million SALT @ $3
• 1.5 million SALT @ $5
• 1.0 million SALT @ $7.50
• In the event that purchases exceed the available inventory of discounted Membership, an additional 25,000 SALT
  Memberships will be available at the full retail price of $10.

• Holding a place in line does not guarantee that a discount will be available when you are approved. Unfortunately, if the Memberships are sold out before you are approved you will have to wait until we start selling at the full retail price. Retail sales will begin after the audit and distribution of the discounted Memberships.

We strongly recommend that you thoroughly read this document as well as the Membership Agreement.

Referral Bonus Program

Instead of engaging in a traditional marketing campaign for the Community Membership discount, we have decided to fund an incentivized referral program. Going forward, you will be awarded one (1) bonus membership for every friend that purchases at least 30 memberships using your referral link. Priority access will be given to members with a high number of referrals.
