We have a stablecoin here, sadly not close enough to 1 USD but those are the new mania. Loads of big exchanges made their own ones as this way people can trade vs USD while not touch banks or KYC needed. Remember about updated list of no know your customer needed exchanges

Due to small fees and ease of creation seems many stable coins move to Ethereum ie as Tether did.
And those money flow here and there.
