Looking at our trend timeframe we see price has structure has remained the same and is continuing its bearish trend. Stochastic RSI showing momentum is looking bullish, slowly starting to head towards the upside. A daily close above $6,700 and we should see a nice jump towards $7,600, however if price fails to close above this level expect a drop towards our next major support $5,000.

4Hour

Shifting over to our pattern timeframe we see price continuing to remain below $6,700, we are now starting to range between $6,650 and $6,300 with each day moving less and less. Stochastic RSI showing momentum is looking like it has topped out. Waiting for a daily close above $6,700 before we take any more long term buys, a close below $6,300 and we should see a drop towards $5,000
