Question: what is your take on smartcash? Do you think the smart rewards and smartnodes will help make this a project worth investing in?

Question: Where do you see Steemit in one year, where do you see it in Five Years? Thanks.

@keiserreport Hey Max and Stace
My question is what can we make of the last bull-run? Specifically, who was actually buying and selling all of the Bitcoin? Why did the price go up to 17000 dollars?

Is it possible that there was some substantial institutional or billionaire influence in this price-rise?

I know you mentioned something about Hedge Funds buying a lot of Bitcoin in order to create inventory for the BTC futures markets... If this would be the prime factor according to you, what would you say will cause the next bull-run?

Who's going to be the next big hundred-billion dollar buyer of Bitcoin? And why?

Also what do you think of the idea of Bitcoin getting pumped to ten trillion dollars, and then the global economy collapsing with a resulting massive sell-off of Bitcoin?

Could Bitcoin be whipped out in terms of dollar value?

Thanks for touching this topic with your ten foot poll xx

Hi Max and Stacy, it would be interesting to discuss how cryptocurrencies and it's eventual adoption will bring the need for a better understanding of programming for the general population; how long will it take for algorithms, logic and code be taught alongside maths? A crypto user/investor should understand the plenitude of what he is doing before jumping in. A decision to hold Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash shouldn't be taken like many take their mainstream news, emotionally! People just buy everything right now and that is not good.
Best of wishes to both of you @keiserreport

Hello @Keiserreport

I have been hearing about steem it's SMT without truly understanding the concept. I would like you to shed light on it in layman's terms. Thanks for this opportunity.

What are your thoughts on privacy coins?

Dear Stacy & Max, as a person who lives paycheck to paycheck, I have been slowly earning Steem Dollars to eventually buy into crypto. I’ve been watching you two for many years gathering information so as not to make a huge mistake entering into this market. I’ve seen that Blocktrades is connected to Steemit, but have read that the fees may gobble up any of my earnings. Is this the way to go to build or am I jumping the gun and need to earn more Steem?
Thank you kindly, @oceanmoon

Well, gather up steem until you're conmfortable with the fees, less than 10 Steem wouldn't be very good. Check out bitshares.org, if you are interested in investing in any of the coins on that exchange you should transfer your steem there after creating an account and buy whatever you want there for very very small buy sell fees.
Cheers!

Bitshares is the way to go

Thank you kindly 🙂

What do think the endgame of open-censorship-resistant cryptocurrency vs govt taxation is?

IMO I think govts will have only 3 choices 1) iron fisted oppression 2) sales taxes for everything (no income tax), or 3) a combination of sales tax + voluntary income taxes with taxpayer directed use.
