For a customer to feel satisfied after visiting a restaurant, the food must be good. It should taste well, be prepared under hygienic circumstances, and must be fresh. If a meal is served cold and after a long time, there is a huge likelihood that the customer involved will not go back to the restaurant.
Hygiene: Hygiene is a major issue that certain restaurants do not give the right level of attention. Apart from ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services at a restaurant, it is important that every meal served in a restaurant is clean. Apart from the meals being clean, the washrooms of restaurants also have to be conducive for customers.

SOLUTION
This is quite simple. Restaurant P.I. simply provides a platform for customers to judge any restaurant that is on such platform. The needed parameters for this judgment are on this platform. This is easy. Customers can simply put up feedbacks for restaurants to notice. Once noticed by restaurants, the needs of customers can be met very easily and areas that need improvements worked on. While restaurants on this platform are rewarded with information that they most likely would never have come across if not for this platform, customers are rewarded with discounts, as well as a virtual token.
