I'm with rollsman. Definitely not.
None of the altcoins are bouncing yet. Waiting for confirmation that this isn't just a small retrace before they move back up alongside Bitcoin.
STEEM is cheappp right now. If you believe in the platform (like most of us here do), then accumulate now! :)
