The Great HODL Challenge Week 3 - Dealing With The Dip
Here we are, right in the middle of the second dip within the past week and a half. Last week's HODL challenge stung a bit but we were still up 40 bucks roughly from our original $100 investment...
This week...Not so much lol
I checked the numbers before I went to bed last night and we were still up over 6 bucks but then I woke up to a nice little dip in the markets.
Here are the numbers at 3:30pm Eastern via CoinMarketCap.com
Substratum (SUB) - 20 coins at $1.16
Stellar (XLM) - 40 coins at $0.46
FunFair (FUN) - 250 coins at $0.09
SONM (SNM) - 50 coins at $0.31
Bread (BRD) - 10 coins at $1.30
Total $92.60
So we're not down too much but there's obviously a big dip from the 70 dollars plus profits we had after week 1. We're coming down to the last week and a bit for the January HODL challenge, where do you think we will end up?
I'm hoping for some gains but this was the experiment we jumped into it. It's crypto, so who knows where we will be :)
It's been a blast though so far and I've learned a ton!

I'm still thinking you have a shot at overall profitability. Time will tell but it's sure been fun watching your deal.
Oh, it has been fun to do! Sure, we are down a bit today, but we still have almost two more weeks. In crypto, ANYTHING can happen in that time.

Yeah we'll see. Regardless it's been a lot of fun and a huge learning lesson for sure. I think there is a good chance for some green days ahead too.

Yeah guys like Data Dash have been in love with Sub for a while and even got into a little drama about it. Stellar is interesting for sure. Two that are intriguing me even after the HODL challenge.

This is helping me learn about alt coins which I have never heard of before and the fact that you are obviously tracking the progess week by week is really helpful. I can't wait for next week's results.
