People vote. They vote in the workplace. They vote in their home life. They vote in politics. We all vote at some point in our life. The reason why we do this is to come to an agreement surrounding a shared goal. So what is DAOstack and what does it have to do with this?
In definition:

"DAO stands for Decentralized Autonomous Organizations.
DAOstack is the operating system atop of which DApps can be built.
DAOstack aims to change the entire concept of governance. DAOstack enables developers to apply blockchain governance to various systems that are traditionally organized and run by a centralized authority or a group of individuals. DAOs enable this by allowing the users to put their protocols onto the blockchain and using smart contracts to vote on decisions that will impact that continued operation of said DAO."

DAOstack is offering us a way to make this system INCORRUPTIBLE. Imagine using this among our society. This is one huge selling point of DAOstack. In business we can give shareholders a sort of "voting power or influence" and have what would be a fair decision maker based upon certain "rules" that are set on a contact. This is a game changer for situations that we would need a voting or governing system which is EVERYTHING. The concept is much more tehcnical of course, and DAOstack can do much much much more. We have something that IS THE FUTURE right in front of our eyes. Corporations, markets, and businesses can integrate decision making on a huge scale. We can coordinate our actions through an intelligence of which will make no mistakes nor have corruptions.

Some realism for you.

We have the availablity to bring a ton of things onto a decentralized MORE TRUSTED network. Imagine if charities were able to be trusted entirely. We could know that people are being helped at the most efficient level. With DAOstack we could have a decentralized version of Yelp or Trip Adviser. If you want to take it to an extreme than imagine this, 50,000 scientist on a collaborative climate project having a decentralized system! DAOstack is on the ETH blockchain and its purpose is not for a specific application but for us the people as a collective to make decisions on a large scale. We as humans need this because it is a positive thing for the interests of the collective of people. While doing business and in life we have a similar goal and DAOstack makes this something that can help us bring things together. Blockchain technology has been the future and will continue to dominate and this is just another example of the future unfolding in front of our eyes.
