Steemit is to Facebook as ...
As a writer for many years, I was overjoyed to hear about Steemit.
No longer would Facebook (and the rest of the legacy social media platforms) be the gatekeepers of my content - the same content that they sell to advertisers and make untold profits 24/7.
The prospect of actually profiting from my heretofore free content had me doing the happy dance for days!
The power shift from the middleman back to the originator was revolutionary and caused a major paradigm shift in the public - no more insidious fleecing of every social media user of their time, imagination and potential money.
In this same way, BitClave will turn the current search engine scheme upside down.
Disintermediating Legacy Search Engines
Bitclave aims to cut Google, Yahoo and the rest of the legacy search engines out of the picture.
Instead of taking your information without permission, BitClave can safeguard it with the blockchain's decentralized, encrypted environment.
Individual's can choose how much personal information they are willing to sell to advertisers.
Imagine that?
They've already had a solid pre-sale (>$16 million) and ICO launch is scheduled for November 8, 2017.
"Hey Advertisers! If you want to play, you got'ta pay - me!"

yeah my jury's still out on whether bitclave can actually pull it off.. It's a concept everyone's been waiting for but will it have the clout to make a noticeable difference. Can a user make $50 ? like a user can on Steemit>>>
or will information given be paid in micro-payments of a few pennies ! my intuition tells me the incentives might just not be enough. let them prove me wrong. bitclave.. best of luck
@outerground,
Appreciate you taking the time to comment on this beautiful Sunday (morning for me).
I agree with your insights, my friend.
Just like A. Antonopoulus said (too lazy to see if I spelled Andreas' last name correctly...sh*t looking it up would've took me less time than this freakin' sentence, no?), "I predict that bitcoin the token is not the first version, but I am am supporting Bitcoin the protocol..."
BitClave's "first to market" strategy and backend technology is what I will be watching.
Who knows?
Maybe BitClave 3.0 or BitClave Gold will appear in a couple years? Lol!
Namaste,
JaiChai
