Don't completely agree with the rating.
All tokens from seed/ private are locked and only 20% will be released after 1 month of exchange listing.
The only tokens available on day 1 of exchange listing will be the hard earnings from bounty work and airdrops which account to ~ 2% of overall supply.
This will make highly speculative because remember there was no crowd sale and influencers like Ian and others already mentioned it as a good project.
Also, it is a high-throughput blockchain project with a privacy feature which relatively is much better than other blockchain projects.
